Fixes
| Number | Description |
|---|---|
| 1215633 | Fixed two issues where the POS FssRest integration failed to correctly process charges and partial refunds. First, transactions with multiple products or quantities greater than one could result in internal rounding errors, causing failures when posting the MSB to the POS system. Secondly, attempts to process partial refunds would fail with an error and no POS logs were generated. These are accessed by first posting an MSB or Quick Charge, then navigating to:
Note that this feature has only been tested internally; we recommend that customers who use this feature test their own integration in a configured staging environment. |
| 1450384 | Fixed an issue where the Signotec signature pad device would not activate when clicking the signature component on custom, non-AES forms. We recommend that customers who use this feature test it their using their own signature pad hardware. |
| 1450393 | Fixed an issue where signature fields near the bottom of the form editor rendered cropped and could not be scrolled into view. Location:

| 1450398 | Updated the Form editor so that the Advanced Electronic Signature (AES) banner appears at the top of the form instead of the bottom, making it more visible. |
| 1453970 | Fixed an issue when completing a form where the signature modal failed to load or populate when a signature field was placed on any page other than the first page of a multi-page fillable form. |
| 1455598 | Fixed two issues where PDFs signed via the Signotec signoSign/2 application using Advanced Electronic Signature (AES) lost their biometric signature metadata when downloaded from the Patient Chart or Case, and where AES-signed documents could lose metadata during bulk merge operations. Signed PDFs are now preserved in their original form on download. Additionally, AES-signed documents are excluded from bulk PDF merge operations (e.g., "Download All Patient Cases") to prevent metadata loss, and attachments can no longer be merged into forms requiring Advanced Electronic Signatures. |
| 1461146 | Fixed an issue where onboard encounter creation would silently fail with no notification when an active encounter already existed from an unclosed shoreside visit but was not visible. An alert message is now shown when attempting to create an encounter onboard if another encounter already exists. |
| 1471798 | Fixed an issue where newly added product categories did not display correctly in the Product Mix Cost and Product Mix Summary reports - the category name was either blank or displayed as "Unknown." |
| N/A | The Notes field associated with a Chief Complaint is now limited to 1000 characters. |
Note: Features and fixes listed in this release were tested with Google Chrome 150.0.7871.187 (64-bit) and Microsoft Edge 150.0.4078.105 (64-bit).
While we strive to ensure compatibility, we cannot guarantee functionality with newer browser versions, as third-party updates may introduce changes that affect existing functionality as well as performance. For the best experience, we recommend using the tested versions or contacting support if issues arise with newer releases.
