This article outlines the changes made to Maritime Health in release 2.24.5, which is available to be scheduled for deployment from 9 June 2026.

| 1422672 | Fixed an issue where sharing Past Medical History from the shoreside Case Management module for a patient who was previously marked as having No Past Medical History was not clearing the NoPMH flag. |
| 1427485 | Fixed an issue where email notifications failed when an invalid recipient address was included in the To/CC/BCC list along with valid recipients. Note that "invalid" refers to a email address that is correctly formatted but does not exist on the destination mail server. Notifications now skip invalid addresses and deliver successfully to valid recipients. This fix should be further validated in each Staging environment. |

| 1432499 | Fixed an issue that occurred when the Master Service Bill was being simultaneously modified by two different users. In this scenario when a medication is dispensed, deleted, or modified by one user the change was not reflected to the second user. |
| N/A | Added a new field to record HANDWASHING ADVICE when creating a Public Health event of type Acute Gastroenteritis. If this field is marked as Yes, it will not be presented in subsequent follow-ons associated with that event. |
