| 1027036 | Fixed an issue where translating the medication label for printing would overwrite all previously added note fields in the medication. The system will now preserve original note entries regardless of translation activity. |
| 1047728 | Fixed an issue where the “Nature of Injury/Illness” dropdown in Onboard was not fully scrollable using the mouse or arrow keys. The list now scrolls correctly and displays all options. |
| 1052165 | Fixed an issue where referral letters shared from the patient chart appeared as "undefined" in Documents and showed the wrong date. They now display with the correct name and referral date. |
| 1052243 | Fixed an issue where voyage start and end dates in the Integration Tab were incorrectly converted to the ship’s time zone. Dates now display exactly as received through the Voyage Integration. |
| 1058283 | Fixed an issue where on the Master Service Bill of the Patient Chart, the system was displaying the incorrect amount of linked supplies for completed orders. |
| 1060360 | Fixed an issue where the system incorrectly defaulted the encounter type to Wellness when a crew member was enrolled in a wellness program. The encounter type will now consistently default to Outpatient, regardless of wellness program enrollment, unless explicitly changed by the user. |
