Features

1. (SC-15418) Financial Report in the Report Builder 

• The Financial section in the Report Builder has been enhanced to provide more comprehensive and accurate reporting for Master Service Bills (MSBs) and Quick Charges. These updates ensure more reliable financial reporting and greater transparency for users working with MSBs and Quick Charges.

• New Fields Added:

  • Users can now generate reports that include deleted invoices and see clear details about deleted MSBs. For those who do not wish to include this information, deleted items can be filtered out.

    • Deleted: Indicates if an MSB was deleted (Yes/No). Quick Charges always show No. 

    • Deleted Date: Shows when the MSB was deleted. Always empty for Quick Charges.

    • Deleted Reason: Captures the dropdown reason selected when deleting an MSB.

    • Deleted Reason Description: Captures any free-text reason entered for deletion.

  • Marked As Successful: Yes/No column showing if the MSB was manually marked as successful.

  • Marked As Successful Date: Date when the MSB was marked as successful.

  • Refunded Invoice Number: Displays the invoice number of the original MSB or Quick Charge from which items were refunded, providing users with key information about refunds in their reports.

• Key Fixes and Improvements:

  • The "Posted After Voyage" field now correctly accounts for time zone differences and minute-level accuracy, ensuring it always reflects if a bill was posted after voyage end.

  • Test patient data will no longer appear in Financial section of the report builder.

  • The "Posted By" column has been renamed to "Last Action Taken By" for clarity on what this column actually displays: the user who performed the last action (post, void, or delete).

The features and fixes listed in this release were tested with: 

• Google Chrome version  (139.0.7258.67)
• Microsoft Edge version  (139.0.3405.86)
