Features
1. (SC-15433) Crew Portal Appointment Types
- When creating an appointment from the Crew Portal, the app will now only display appointment types that have availability set up in Patient Self-booking Availability.
- Appointment types without any availability set up in SeaCare Onboard (for Onboard Crew ) or SeaCare Provider (for Shoreside Crew) will no longer appear, ensuring a consistent and accurate booking experience.
2. (SC-15378) Inventory Shipment API Validations
- Shipments already marked as "In Progress" or "Closed" can no longer be updated. Open shipments may continue to be updated via the Shipment API.
- Improved error messaging when a product unit is not found, providing clearer feedback for users and integrators. The API now clearly states “Unit not found. There is no unit configured for the product” when a product in the shipment lacks a unit mapping, making it easier for users and integrators to identify and resolve configuration issues.
3. (SC-15417) CDC AGE Reportable Log File Update
- The AGE Reportable Log template has been updated to align with the latest CDC requirements. The column “Underlying Illness (Specify) / Comments” has been split into two distinct columns for improved clarity and compliance.
- “Reportable Log Comments” field is now mapped to the "Comments or Notes (not required)" column on the AGE Reportable Log.
- “Significant Underlying Medical Condition” field is now mapped to the "Underlying Illness (Specify)" column on the AGE Reportable Log.
- This update ensures that the reportable log is consistent with CDC guidelines (OMB No 0920-1260) and enhances the accuracy of data reporting for public health monitoring.
Bug Fixes
| Ref | Description |
|---|---|
| 1097005 | Fixed an issue where packages sent to a specific vessel via Inventory Shipment API appeared on all vessels during virtual boarding. |
| 1072628 | Improved shipment API error messages. This addresses cases where the unit provided in a shipment does not match the product’s configured unit, or when there are duplicate conversion factors for a unit. The API now returns clear, actionable error messages for both scenarios |
