1. Supplier Barcode Enhancements (SC-13732)

1.1 Barcode Format Configuration

• Clients can configure barcode formats for each supplier.
• Supported fields: SKU number, Lot number, Expiration date.
• Customisable field order, separators, and date formats (e.g., YYYY-MM-DD).

1.2 Barcode Scanning Integration

Supplier barcodes can be scanned in:

• SeaCare Onboard
  • Inventory (Search, Receive Shipment, Add Lot)
  • Patient Chart (Prescriptions, Administer, Dispense)
  • MSB workflows
• SeaCare Operations
  • Admin > Product/Services Wizard

1.3 Scanning Support

• New scanner modal with camera toggle and configurable defaults.
• Tablet users are directed to camera scanning.

1.4 Barcode Validation

• Parsed fields auto-fill based on supplier settings.
• Unrecognised barcodes appear as raw text for manual review.
• Supplier codes take precedence over SeaCare codes.
• Errors shown for duplicates or mismatches.

1.5 Inventory Updates

• Full unit names displayed (e.g., “Bottle”).
• Sales Quantity and Unit fields visible in Inventory module and templates.

2. CSRD Enhancements – Occupational Health Data Compliance (SC-13143)

Updates align with the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) to enhance compliance with occupational health data standards.

2.1 Work-Related Classification

• A toggle in the Injury/Illness wizard allows classification as Work-Related, Not Work-Related, or Undetermined.

2.2 MSB Closure Validation

• Injury/Illness entry required before closing a Master Service Bill with work-related diagnoses.

2.3 Injury/Illness Summary Visibility

• Option to hide Injury/Illness information from downloadable summaries while keeping it visible on the platform.

2.4 UI and Workflow Updates

• Wizard renamed to “Injury/Illness”, with improved layout.
• Configurable Severity field.

2.5 SeaEvent Integration

• Work-related cases sent to SeaEvent now include enhanced metadata.

2.6 Reporting and Notifications

• New classification fields in Report Builder for incident trend analysis.

3. (SC-14925) Improved Modal for Expired Lots

Enhancements for usability and inventory consistency:

3.1 Improved Expired Lot Modal

• Expired medical products listed clearly with bullet formatting.
• Vaccination expiries displayed in a readable list.

3.2 Inventory Sync Protection

• System now adjusts inventory automatically when dispensing exceeds available units.

4. (SC-12889) Otalio Integration

SeaCare displays crew and guest information from the Otalio manifest in the Patient Chart.

4.1 General Information Tab

• Embarkation and Disembarkation dates auto-populated.

4.2 Contact Information Tab

• Cell Phone, Email, and Home Phone details shown and updated in real-time.

These updates enhance data reliability across workflows.

5. Bug Fixes

• Fixed 500 error for iOS users scheduling appointments.
• Corrected default encounter type for wellness program enrolees.
• Preserved original notes during medication label translation.
• Referral letters now display correct names and dates.
• Improved scroll functionality for injury/illness dropdown.
• Voyage dates now display correctly without timezone conversion.
• Appointment times retain original selection regardless of timezone.
