1. Medical Module
1.1 Vessel Activation and Deactivation

Users with “Manage Vessels” permission can now activate or deactivate vessels directly, affecting user access and data reporting.
Key Enhancements
- New Action Button:
An "Activate/Deactivate" button is now available for users with the appropriate permission.
- State Indicators:
- Green icon: Active vessel
- Red icon: Inactive vessel
- Deactivation Flow:
- Users linked to a deactivated vessel will lose access.
- Users logged in will be logged out and redirected to the activation screen.
- An error message appears if a deactivated vessel is activated using a code:
“This vessel has been deactivated. Please contact your administrator.”
- Reactivation Flow:
- Reactivation restores vessel functionality.
- Users must be manually re-enabled after reactivation.
Report Builder Integration
- A new "Vessel Status" field is now in Admin > Vessels.
- Added fields:
- Vessel Name
- Status (Active/Inactive)
- Activation/Deactivation Date
- SMC
- Company
- Country
- Onboard User Count
- Filters & Visualisation:
- Filter by Active/Inactive/Both
- Graph view options (e.g., pie chart)
Validation
- Visible only to users with the correct permission.
- Inactive vessels cannot be selected for user creation.
- Imported vessels are set to “Active” by default.
2. Operations Module
2.1 Operations User Access to All Cases on Dashboard

Operations Users can now view all cases under their SMC or vessels, enhancing case monitoring.
Dashboard Enhancements
- Expanded Visibility:
Operations Users can view:- All Open Cases
- All Closed Cases
- Filters and Search Tools:
- Vessel Name
- Case Status (Active, Closed)
- Date Range
- Case Priority/Severity
- Search by Case ID or Title
- Sorting Options:
- Date Opened (ascending/descending)
- Priority
Permissions and Privacy
- Access Restrictions:
- Only “Operations User” profile can access this dashboard.
- Users have view-only access.
- Operations Users cannot see:
- Private notes
- Internal chats
- Visible Content Includes:
- Case Metadata
- Public Notes and Instructions
- Export and Print options
Validation
- Confirmed Operations User access rights.
- Verified dashboard performance with large data loads.
- Checked filters, search, and sort functions.
3. Feedback-Based Enhancements
3.1 Disembarkations – Add Button to Delete Notes

User feedback led to the addition of a delete option for disembarkation notes, enhancing control over documentation.
Details:
- A delete icon is now available next to each disembarkation note.
- Only the note creator can delete it.
- No new permissions required; existing controls apply.
- Applicable to all disembarkation cases with public notes enabled.
