This article outlines the changes made to SeaCare in release 2.19.2, which is available to be scheduled for deployment.

1. Fixes

• 1017034 - Fixed an issue where in the Health Information Exchange Module, under the "Details" modal of the Provider and Crew tabs, the system was not displaying the Rejected Reasons/Comments as expected.
• 1019009 - Fixed an issue where on the Patient Chart > Medications section > Infusions tab, the system would not allow the user to start an infusion is the medication did not have a "Dispensing Substitute SKU" listed in the Operations > Admin > Product wizard.

• Fixed and issue where appointments created in the Crew Portal (installed Onboard NOT shoreside) did not always update correctly when a patient is reassigned to a different vessel. This resulted in duplicate or missing appointment records, leading to scheduling conflicts.

Features and fixes listed in this release were tested with Google Chrome 134.0.6998.89 (64-bit) and Microsoft Edge 134.0.3124.68 (64-bit).
