1. Environments

There are two environments available to access SeaCare®. ​

• Staging​
• Production​

Staging should be utilized for all testing and training purposes. ​Production should be utilized for real medical and clinical operations.

1.1. Staging

The staging environment should be utilized for: ​

• Training & practicing scenarios​
• Testing features and new workflows​
• Testing new releases (UAT)​
• Troubleshooting issues

1.2. Production

carnival-medical.eseacare.com​

The production environment should be utilized for real medical and clinical operations.​

Important: Testing is not recommended in this environment.
