Finding the Version Number of the Environment

No elevated access or permissions are required.
When requesting support, you may be asked for the version number of the environment you're currently working in. This applies to all product, excluding SeaCare Mobile.
1. Locating Version Numbers
To find your version number, navigate to the login screen of the environment. The version will be displayed in the bottom right of the screen.
