Resetting Your Ideagen Maritime Health Password

No elevated access or permissions are required.
Below steps apply to the following Ideagen Maritime Health products: Ideagen Maritime Health Operations, Ideagen Maritime Health Onboard, Ideagen Maritime Health Crew, Ideagen Maritime Health Provider.
1. Resetting a Password
To reset your password:
- Click the "Forgot Password?" link.
- Ideagen Maritime Health Onboard and Operations: Complete the form by entering your account username and select the "Email" option.
- Ideagen Maritime Health Crew Health/Provider: Complete the form by entering your account username.
- You'll receive a verification code to the email associated with your account.
- Enter the Password Verification Code.
- Complete the password fields to reset your account.
- You'll receive a success notification in the top right of your screen and you're all set to login!
If you continue to have issues logging in or receive errors during this process, please reach out to your Organization's Systems Administrators.
In order to preserve the security of the application, the Ideagen Maritime Software Technical Support team is prohibited from making any changes to user accounts, permissions, or any other change that might bypass our client's application configuration.
