1. Ideagen Maritime Health Commercial – Ditto Replication Tool Implementation

• A new replication framework using the Ditto replication tool has been implemented to replace the legacy third-party replication tool that is being deprecated by its provider.
• The Ditto replication tool fully restores data synchronization between the Ideagen Maritime Health Commercial mobile app and the shoreside Operations application across all modules and features.
• Clients must upgrade to version 1.20.0 before March 30, 2026 to ensure all features work and all data is replicated as expected.

Impact After March 30, 2026 by Version:

• Clients on version 1.18.0 or earlier:
  • The mobile app will no longer sync data to Operations and shoreside applications.
  • SeaConsult calls will no longer function.
  • Password reset on the mobile app will no longer function.
• Clients on version 1.19.0:
  • The mobile app will no longer sync data to Operations and shoreside applications.
  • However, SeaConsult calls will continue to function.
  • However, password reset on the mobile app will continue to function.
  • Version 1.19.0 decoupled the SeaConsult and Password Reset features from the legacy replication tool to help avoid losing these critical features if clients pass the March 30th deadline without upgrading to 1.20.0.
• Clients on version 1.20.0:
  • All data synchronization will continue to function normally using the new Ditto replication framework.
  • All features, including SeaConsult and Password Reset, will continue to operate without interruption.
  • No service interruption or loss of functionality.

Deployment Priority: Critical - Must be completed before March 30, 2026 to maintain full system functionality and data synchronization.
